A full guide on ordering TempTRIP loggers

The Order Tags Page

The Order Tags page allows you to order new TempTrip loggers. Select the “Add to Cart” button corresponding to the product you would like to order.

Ordering privileges are required to place an order. If the product that you are trying to order isn’t listed as an ordering option, please contact [email protected] to update. TempTRIP readers can only be ordered by speaking with a TempTRIP representative.

Upon selecting the “Add to Cart” button you will be prompted to select a few options. First, enter the quantity of product you would like to order. Second, choose what temperature plan you would like to be attached to the product upon delivery. A detailed guide on temperature plans can be found here (Link to temperature plan guide). Finally, review/change the default logging interval for the product.

Note: If you are unsure about this setting TempTRIP recommends leaving the default interval at 10 minutes. This setting can always be changed later if desired.

Once you are done adding products to your order, select the “Check Out” button to proceed. Additionally, you can select the “Remove” button to remove any unwanted products from your cart, or the “Cancel Order” button to cancel the order entirely.

Order Summary Page

After selecting the checkout button you will be taken to the order summary page. Here you can add a custom reference number to the order, add any necessary special instructions, and select your desired delivery date.

Note: The order reference number will be auto generated by default. Orders are usually shipped the day following the order date.

This page also allows you to change or add a shipping address or return to the previous page to add more items to your order.

Note: If you would like to set up recurring orders, speak to a TempTRIP representative or email TempTRIP support.

Once you have reviewed your order and are satisfied, select the “Submit Order” button. A window will appear confirming that you would like to submit your order. Select “Yes” to place your order.su

Once your order has been submitted you will be sent a confirmation email and redirected to an online receipt of the transaction. Select “Print Order” to print the receipt or select “Home” to return to your homepage.

Recurring Orders

A recurring order allows you to automatically order the same type and number of tags on the same day each month. To create a recurring order, select the type and number of tags you would like in the same way you would place a normal order. Once at the “Order Summary” page, select the “Set Up a Recurring Order” button on the bottom right of the screen.

Note: The date selected will be the date on which each order will be shipped, not the delivery date.

After selecting the “Set Up A Recurring Order” button a prompt will appear asking for several details about your recurring order. First, enter in a name for your recurring order that will help you identify what the order contains. Next, select the frequency that you would like the order to be placed by using the “Select Delivery Date” option. Finally, press the “Save” button to complete the recurring order set up.

Note: Setting up a recurring order does not place an immediate order, the first order will be on the date selected in the prompt menu. If you need tags immediately you will need to place a separate order using the normal order function.

Open Orders Tab

The “Open Orders” tab will display any current orders being fulfilled by TempTrip logistics centers.

Past Orders Tab

The “Past Orders” tab will display any orders that have already been fulfilled by TempTrip.

Recurring Orders Tab

The “Recurring Orders” tab shows any existing recurring orders set up on your account.
