User Accounts Main Page

The “User Accounts” page allows you to view and edit the users associated with your account. The main page will show a list of each user with columns showing whether or not a user is active, their system ID, their name, a few important user settings, the user contact information, and the user options.

User Account Options

The options column on the far right contains the "Edit User Information" button , the "Delete User" button , the "Reset System Password" button , and the "Modify Data Viewing Settings" button .

Editing Existing User Information

The “Edit User Information” button allows you to edit the display name, email, phone numbers, language, time zone, and other visual preferences for a user account. You can also change whether a user is active or inactive with the button in the bottom left of the screen. The “Save” button will confirm any changes you make to that user’s information.

Deleting a User Account

The "Delete this User" button allows you to permanently delete a user account from your company's profile. After selecting this button, a prompt will appear confirming that you would like to delete the user's account.

Edit Login Information Button

The “Edit Login Information” button displays a prompt allowing you to reset the password for that user account.

Modify Data Viewing Settings

The “Modify Data Viewing Settings” button allows you to view and edit all of the data viewing settings for each user account. A more in-depth guide to this menu can be found here:(Link to Modify Data View Settings Guide).

Add New Tab

The “Add New” Tab allows you to add a new user account.

Like the "Edit Existing User" screen the “Add New '' screen has several fields to fill out for the user’s display name, email, phone numbers, language, time zone, and other visual preferences.

Selecting the “Save” button at the bottom of the screen will add the user to your company, and the user will now show on your main User Information page.
